I draw your kind atention ro youe E.Mail dated 7/09/2008 in response to my E.Mail dated 6/09/2008 on the captioned subject matter.At the outset I would like to state that your above mail is quite ambiguousand can at best betermed as an eyewash only as it contains no positive assurance in regard to the queries raised in my above E.Mail. Apart from other grievancesI had specifically enquired about the existence of your Service Centre at Dhanbad and your toll free telephone no for providing economic services to your subscribers. But strangely your above mail dated 7/09/2008 is discreetly silent on these mostimportant points for reasons best known to you only.Kindly send specific reply immediately on receipt of this communication.I would like to reiterate that any positive action aimed at prooviding efficient and economic services to your subscribers will be appreciated by all concerned and help you in furthering your subscriber base immensely which may please benoted.Kindly send your unambiguous reply covering all the points raised inmy E.Mail dated 6/09/2008.
