.WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.THAT WASNT THE FIRST FLIGHT BUT IT WOULD BE THE LAST ONE AS A BIG INTERNATIONAL COMPANY WHAT A LOSTTTT I CANT REMEMBER HOW MANY TIMES I FLIED AND GAINED THEM MANY MANY CUSTOMERS MY OWN COUNTRYS PEOPLE THEY DIDNT EVEN TRIED TO HELP WHEN THEY SELL U THE TICKET THEY GET THEIR MONEY RIGHT THE WAY BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT A LOOSERS ME AND MY BABY WE GOT STUCK BY THE ISTANBUL ATATURK AIRPORT NO CLOTHES,NO PHONE ,MY BABY ALLERGIC TO MANY FOOD TYPES ALL HIS FORMULAS (3 WEEKS HE HAD DIARRHEA)WE DIDNT HAVE EXTRA MONEY FOR NEW CLOTHING WE BAGGED PEOPLE THEIR OWN STAFF IF THEY CAN DO OUT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR WHO WAITS FOR US OUTSIDE WHICH THEY BEEN TOLD WE LEFT THE PORT 2 HOURS BEFORE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE NO HELP WHAT A HOSPITALTY THIS IS HOW THEY ADVERTISE THEIR COUNTRY SHAME ON YOU TURKISH AIRLINES AFTER MILLION TIMES CALL FAX AND E-MAILS THEY DIDNT EVEN TRIED TO REACH US WE WORK VERY HARD IN THIS COUNTRY WE DONT DESERVED TO BE TREAT THIS WAY HAVE SOME MANNER RESPONSIBILITY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE NO CONTROL AT YOUR AIRPORT A LOTS OF EMPLOYEES THEY ARE WALKING ARUOND DOING BASICLY NOTHING TO HELP TRAVELERS THEY ARE BUSY WITH FLIRTTING DESERVE THE MONEY YOU TAKE FROM US PAY US BACK EVERY PENNY WE LOST THIS IS YOUR MISTAKE LET YOUR STAFF CHECK THE BAGGAGE LUGGAGE NUMBERS BEFORE ANYONE GOES OUT IT IS VERY SIMPLE TO LEAVE THE AIRLINE W SOMEONE ELSES LUGGAGE THAT IS NOT FAIR IT IS VERY EASY TO LOOSE CUSTOMER BUT HOW ABOUT GAINNIG THEM U DIDNT ONLY LOST MY BUSINESS MANY MANY AMERICANS EACH OPPORTUNITY I HAVE I WILL SENT MESSAGES AND TELL PEOPLE ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BE RESPONSIBLE AND TAKE CARE THIS ISSUE.
