    I HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY CHARGED FOR A AIRTEL WAP SERVICE WHICH NOBODY IN MY FAMILY OR OTHERWISE SUBSCRIBED TO ON MY MOBILE 9818854289, THIS SHOULD BE IMMEDATELY UN SUBSCRIBED/DEACTIVATED AND THE AMOUNT CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT BE REVERSED TO MY AIRTEL ACCOUNT ON THIS NUMBER.

    THE SMS SEND TO MY NUMBER FROM A NUMBER 64611010 SEEMS TO BE NON EXISTANT AS THE REPLY SMS IS ALWAYS RETURNED FAILED. TO DAY I GOT ANOTHER SMS FROM A NUMBER 543212110 SAYING IT IS A CHAGEABLE CALL BUT EVEN THIS WAS NOT ATTENDED


    IT THEREFORE SEEMS TO BE A UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE AND IF THE SERVICE IS NOT IMMEDITELY UNSUBSCRABED AND CHARGED AMOUNT REVERSED TO ME, I SHALL BE CONSTRAINED TO TAKE ACTION WITH CONSERNED AUTHORITIES AND CONSUMER FORUM
