withdrawl without my consent

I decided to go with charters buyout program. So I decided to cancel and charter agreed to pay those fees in full. I am in the red $429.00 and the daily charge of 5.00 a per since this happened. That's because Direct tv withdrew those funds without my consent.  I am screwed and its Christmas :<
