Whenever I take my kids for ice-cream at KFC at the Amalinda outlet, I always seem to encounter problems there. On Sunday the 14th of March 2010 @ about 13.45, my family and I decided to go and have some ice-cream at KFC to my suprise once again there were no cones which meant that I had to buy the cups which is more expensive. THis is not the first time something like this happens. The equipment is always broken and not working like on Sunday the milkshake machine was broken. Why are they always having problems with their equipment? And the attitude of the staff dont help the situation either. I am a KFC member and also receive the monthly KFC newsletter via email which I enjoy receiving however I must say that I am very disappointed with the Amalinda KFC.

    PLEASE TRY AND SORT OUT AMALINDA KFC IN EAST LONDON. THEY ARE A NEWLY ESTABLISHED KFC BUT THEY CONSTANTLY HAVING PROBLEMS THERE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT NOT WORKING OR THEY ARE EITHER OUT OF STOCK WITH SPECIFIC ITEMS. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL FOR SUCH A WELL ESTABLISHED ORGANISATION. WE WAITED SO LONG FOR A KFC IN OUR VACINITY AND WERE THRILLED WHEN WE FINALLY GOT ONE BUT THEY ARE CONSTANTLY DISAPPOINTING ME. LIKE GIVING YOU ONE PIECE LESS THEN WHAT YOU HAVE ORDERED AND THEN WHEN YOU GO BACK TO TELL THEM THEY JUST LOOK AT YOU AS TO SAY, SO WHAT DO YOU EXPECT US TO DO ABOUT THAT. TOTALLY NOT ON!

    I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE A RESPONSE IN CONNECTION WITH MY COMPLAINT, SO THAT I KNOW THAT KFC REALLY DOES CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.

    On numerous occasions while visiting KFC I found that they where out of stock or their Ice Cream machine is out of order. On 30 September 2013 I bought Two Zinger Burgers and 2 Twisters only to find out when i got home that my Zingers had only the top half of the bun. The Fillets on the Zingers where so dry as if it was made that morning and kept warm in the oven. I tried calling them on numerous occasions but to no avail.
