I ordered a chain for a present it did not come in time so I had to buy something else I sent it back the day it arrived was told I had no right to send it back as jewery is not returnable it is not earings which I could understand.I then found out it did not come from homebello it came from a place called Jewelberrie.com which the address was a apartment so I have no chain and no money

    I ordered a necklace from Homebello for my friends birthday that never arrived. I have emailed Homebello several times with no responses in retun from anyone at the organization.  This is a ripe off company with poor business ethic.

    Sarah Freguson, you need to read a company return policy before ordering from them and after I checked HomeBello has clearly mentioned their return policy so this is totally your fault. Natalie, it is obvious that you work for one of their competitors and trying to make this business look bad. NO company can ever charge your card unless they have a tracking number as a proof of sending the merchandise so stop lying about others and get a LIFE.
