its been many years with roger ups and downs /Happy satisfied? sosososo
calls to fix ,credit, balances al hapens here
happy with some customer care?yes a few times,
disapointe now? yes very disapointed
my family has been on the line to be home less, no moneyon social assistance, but the worse had the huge problems with landlors and welfare depending on a limited phone with this emergencies is a disaster.
not bothering about not to pay well, my teen started to use text more this year, i paid a big price,here i got this person willing to help she explained me the text package i put 5 dollars, she offered to credit 14? of text, well many months went by a by over limits i had to pay more too.
but until las few months i was with no money, but expeting it to come some time, i got 200 to pay for a text i got of 309.09 on dec 15 i now i have 100 more by jan 15,
i called by dec?to cancell and make a huge comment to the cs to tach my daoghter the limits and the bad about unlimited text, teen)another time i took away the phone for 5 days to dont affect rogers, besides it takes more than 1 attemp to get to them.
a strugle, i step up and i said i am your mom and wont hook you up to texting okkkkk so i cancel them, but roger special lenguage has to be blocking. well my issues , anger and frustration were very clear i dint want her accesing texting at all, to make her aware to minimise the usage no matter what, but rogers offers unlimited or pay more for more,, noooo dont offer me this i dont want her texting, was my point,
to my surprice i saw her texting and i called rogers to find out she has open but not plan. i expresed my concerns that i was disapointed for not helping, but i was told that cant see the bell yet i must call back then, i did it but its holoidays , i was ready to pay 200 then the dec 23?
not to do it because the cs said ok i will credit it but wont credit this or anything ever to your acounts i had to agree to it on the phone i know my service with them has been calls, deals, fix, credits, adj, all i have done it, i answer no to this because we are verifying this as of now withing 2 to 3 months now so why would i compromise to this for the future? no way,(tomas 819834) kept me begging him to go ahed and made me feel like the dammm mom that doesnt know what to do, most of needed of the phone, treasting me like a stuped personlike if he was the big daddy, over me the poor naive person. to the point that not even my payment was taken beause i was now asking for a credit that i was denying at the same time.
until now dec 28 i had the time again to get back but now i had to be ready to have an evidence because my bill is quite big now and i will pay still 200 with another big bill for february.
i get to speack with west DEC28 didnt want to give his number, this guy shouldnt be the one i need for evidence but he took the same side puting all the responsibility back to me and even more said tomas offered a 50% credit, its not true i never heard 50% he told me i give you the credit if you agree to this,,,,,
my point is i wont let my teens get stuk used to texting i see on tv we have to regulate a couple of time she went over, fine i paid, we were abused by the landlord we she needed emotional support from her friends shhe told me this is in big part for it, still 600 was too much we are ok now and now she fells if good unlimited or more, i saidn no darling you wont, i seek rogers for help and the cs mistake wasn not blocking it today i was told itis a language barrier but still see it it was my problem. not heirs and that tomas was right,
west was listening to the main chunk of my compalin , when it comes to see who went wrong, what i am asking as a customer he back up tomas and slashes at me again, i insist to arguee and acept our responsibility he said its been more than 40 min and he wont listen to me anymore. but we were talking then i bring up the payment issues and he goes on and onnn that he hangs up on me, again i dint make the payment.
--- up to here i ask for aceptance of the little mistake that could have cost us more money,because rogers cs are trained to their side only i was told i did not use the word blocke

------ i had a total of 309.09 and about 500 ?? total right now i have $483.11.
i am paying 200 now and the rest later?
my customer treatment has been violated and over all my avility and right to understand and to manage, the time and effort to actually get to the point that teens are not suppose to get more money or unlimited just because it tis easier for us and for the compay, i feel i have been responsible to learn, wait on the phone and ask for my rights, desently and no one ever talks to me the way tomas did, money diggers! are you having a share on the company or this i s what rogers demands from you?
Mr tomas i am not begging you for service right but i have benn rogers customer with ups and downs, not tired yet, but you did emotionally hurt me and provoqued a night mare of head acke that could not ccontinue with your manager if you were at least going to pass me one.
----- rogers will be paying $1000.00 for the pain and anciety suffering i got before heding off to a special time with my family,
-----$1000.00 because your job is to assist like you guys did long ago in discrepancies caudes by the money catcehers deals offered to us, and because i am steping forward to implement this so difficult barriers and teaching teens of compromises, limits and dangers of society overspending uncontrolled features, fine you migh wonder why do you have it? well it is helpfull i wont denied it, but it cant force us not humilliate to this point mr. i dont just do it on phones i do it for all i can posible think of.
let me tell you i am a mom that works hard and we as ll other people decerve the best for our money. and so do you rogers came up to this business to make money, but clear out of puzzles, just i pay for your service,
my left over balance will take a few more time to clear you will have to hold on to it, you may also credit the balance as of now of 483.11 from one of the balances above as soon as you wish to dont acumulate late asap/
