Charges on my credit card.

I have been charged for the above 5 times and once for GOOGLE*PAOLO TYRATTIg.co/helpplay#GBR 3.99 Try @0.220551378*  these charges started on my first card adjustment made by Capital One and issued a new card but the charges reappeared on my new card. Both cards had not even had any purchases put on them when these charges appeared on them. I had not even taken the cards out of my wallet.  Now my second card is restricted.
