Company took $24.95 out of my account

I will like to know what this is for. I will also want a full refund because I didn't give anybody permission to take anything out of My account period.. I don't even know who or what this is or what it is for. I want a complete refund. I will appreciate if this company will not do things like that because  I don't like that. Thank you in Advance.
