Refund due on canceled flight since 8/11/2022

Charges made by a third party-CHEAPOAIR-  they normally use their corporate card to process payments, my reservation was booked through CHEAPOAIR,
CHEAPOAIR is responsible for refunding my funds back to
my personal credit card.
