YOUR STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

We have no hot water, out hot water heater exploded, we called in for service at 7am on friday 2/5/16, we were told we would have everything complete no later than Saturday 2/6, then I called to check status with AHS and one of your reps told us delivery was 2/9, then we asked to speak to a manager and he stated deliver is 3 to 5 business days,,,,,,,,,when I explained to the manager that we called for emergency services, they said do not worry Mrs. Leys we will take care of you.  WE HAVE A DISABLE Child in the house, it is cold out here, and your manager had the nerve to tell me that not having hot water is not an emergency........I see big ass law suit, especially cause I recorded everything....NEVER TELL A CUSTOMER that hot water is not an emergency...SHAMEEEEEEEEEE on ALL OF YOU!!!   Call me asap 702-712-8228
