980-265-2840 states VOIP for Paetec Communications based from Charlotte NC. Will not leave a message but continues to call me all the time. I got scammed earlier this year so I don't answer any call that I don't know who it's from. The scammers use burner phones and VOip so they appear to be in the states but my scammers were in Cameroon. BEWARE!!!

    Called about coverage for a car of mine that got totaled in Feb. 2016 scammers don't even bother!!!!!
