I cannot believe the headaches and lies that these thieves tried to give me.
Not only did they try to take and keep my money from my credit card account, they had the ordasity to lie about delays and backups about my order.
First off, they took out 5 orders of rings, bands and earrings and tookthe money out of my credit card, then charge me for express delivery for fast delivery of 1 order for Valentines Day on Feb 13, of this Year!
I was told that the delivery was about 3-5 days!
I was supposed to recieve the ring on alentibes Day, but was told that I would NOT RECIEVE THE RINGS AND EARRINGS UNTIL THE END OF MARCH!
What kind of SCAM were they trying to pull on me??
My Husband put money into my account, like he always do every week so that I can buy anything that I want and need.
But to have it Scamed out of my Account was the Last Straw, but I told My Husband and Damn if He didn't, He Called and Told them to Put My Money Back into my credit card or He will have Telebrand Marketing DiamondZ investigated by The BBB, better known as The Better Business Bureau and sue the Crap out of the Company!
Guess what?... I Got My Money Back in Minutes!!!
Thanks to My Husband, I now have two Beautiful Diamond Rings, a set of Diamond earrings and a tennis bracelet from KAY JEWELERS!!!
