Does not work - request for refund

I initially took up the sample offering for only S&H charges...the product did not wortk...since then, I received a full 30-days supply of the same ineffective product that I need to return for a full refund.  I have submitted the same request to cancel future orders as well as to secure proper means to return for full credit on the support@instaflex.com address.
