Repeated calls

I am on the Do-Not-Call registry.  I repeatedly receive telemarketing solicitations from "Home Center."  I have asked to be taken off their call list, but the person on the other line literally refused and said, "but then how would we get in touch with you?!?"  I asked for their phone number but he refused to give it.  He wouldn't give me any more information about the business except that it was called "Home Center."  I pressed for more information and he got testy and said they would show up at my house for a face-to-face conversation, and then hung up on me.  Total scam business and already in violation of several consumer protection laws.
