Based on the model number and date of purchase, the fabric was no longer in the lineup and yardage inventory had been depleted, however the company offered to send new cushion foam at no charge. I wanted to thank England Furniture for the cushions. I received them yesterday. If there is ever a spokesperson needed to express their thanks and loyalty to ENGLAND

As I reviewed your posting, it appears the issue was taken up with a store that may no longer be in business. On behalf of our furniture manufacturing company, please allow me to apologize for the issues you have been experiencing. It is my belief that we, the manufacturer, and the retailer, Levin's Furniture, have been able to reach an amicable resolution. In my research I learned that you purchased a fabric with a high content percentage of Rayon. Rayon fabrics are desired by the consumer for their luster and vibrant colors. The drawback though is that the nap on some rayon fabrics reflect light waves differently and may resemble spots or shading on the fabric. Fabric mills consider this a natural characteristic of the fabric, however we do not want you to be unhappy or lack confidence in your purchase. Again we are sorry you have experienced this issue and to make things right, we have authorized the store to exchange your current product. Please follow up with the store soon and choose your new selection. I am interested in knowing what your reselect is and your overall thoughts on the resolution. Do not recommend this couch.. Buttons are already coming off and we just bought it in July.It is only October. Really poor quality.
