OMG Direct Buy of Syracuse so deceived the average hard working Jo, by manipulating folks with such "I f you leave you cannot come back" presenting a false sense of URGENCY.  
I called tat day and the very next morning to get out of this contract, I was told the 3 day contract cancellation option in NY did not apply here.  Then got in touch with the Better Business Bureau and was told Direct Buy financed through Beta Finance is a legitimate business.

So, we spent the next few years paying a $5000.00 loan for something. We never used.  Being homeowners we did not want to risk any financial aftermath.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. AND I WANT IT NOW!!!!!!,

    I want a pony, but you're not getting a refund and I'm not getting my pony. This entire situation is your fault. You must have seen some value in it before you agreed to the $5,000, so I don't think you made a mistake in signing up. Your mistake was not taking advantage of the great pricing. Fortunately, you can still do that and save many times your initial investment. I have been a member for seven years and my savings have far exceeded $50,000. If you buy furniture, flooring and cabinets, you can't go wrong. Electronics are a bit of a hit and miss, but check if your DirectBuy location has special local merchant deals. I received pricing that was the lowest in the nation by 25%! Get thee to the showroom and shop for the things you need. You know, the things that you wanted when you decided to join. Enjoy!
