leather couch is broken and neither company will repair

The leather couch was purchased in August 2007 and since it sits in a room we don't usually use, we barely noticed that the frame of the couch seems to be broken. The middle of the couch bends down almost touching the floor when people sit on it. Macy's said their warranty is only good for the first 3 years and Chauteau D'aX says their warranty is also only good for 3 years. Useless!!! We purchased this couch thinking we were buying quality and good customer service and we got neither one. I also purchased the "worry no more" protection plan that is good for 7 years, but that only covers 'cosmetic' problems. Don't waste your time buying from this manufacturer.
