Sir,
My tata digicomp stop working on 10.8.2011 night and I lodged complaint to customercare on 11.8 but till today no response was made from any of co. Care desk.my deposited amt  is going waste all my family missing all benefits having T.V. news and all informative programmes.

    Tata  sky is not serious to resolve my set box complaint. They said Digicomp  is not available you have to wait for 7 days.what a joke of customercare. We  ready for pay the Digicomp but they have not stock in this competetion era .R ANY OF RESPONSIBLE PERSON FROM TATA SKY IS HEARING ?? DIGICOMP NO 1016655290 COMP ON 11.8
