dead micrwave for last two month

i am pankaj khare residing in Kanpur u.p. I had purchased a Whirlpool microwave 25 ltr. Convection oven Model No. magiccook dated 13 th jan 2011.  In oct 2011 i had complaint on Service centre for non operating of my microwave(13 oct complained no 3956). An engineer had visited on my place and told that one part is damaged in microwave and it will come from the company and then it will be replace to make its operating possible. But since then it has come to an end of September and after two months now the people in service center are behaving in very arrogant manner and they have refused to repair my Microwave. I have also complaint on Toll Free number and for this my complaint no. is LK1211002496 dated 8 dec 2011.So please get my microwave repair as soon as possible as only one month has left of my warranty to microwave. hope for the sooner reply.
