Persisently calling. Leaving no message. No identity as to who they are.

They call over and over and over again and leave no message.
Finally I answered and told them I was my sister and what did she want. She said she could not discuss matters with me as she wanted my sister.
I asked who they were and she was totally vague and avoided any other questions I asked.
She got testy with me and I told her not to call again and she said "yeah sure". I hung up.
I waiting. They will get a real earful the next time they call.
Why can't they do something with these people? I too am on the no call list.
Feel what they are doing is against the law.
