Shoes that fell apart
Complaint

Country: United States
I bought a pair of Thom Mcan shoes had for two months and both heels completely split. The sad thing is that they are such a bad product they won't even warrent them. To bad they don't care about customers at Kmart. I will now shop somewhere else never to buy or even go into their stores. Kmart should look into this problem since they so many complaints about same product.

Formerly strong American companies such as Coleman, Thom Mcan and Black and Decker no longer exist except on paper. Today, they are nothing more than names that have been licensed by cut-rate Chinese manufacturers in order to sell worthless, garbage products to American consumers.
I once bought a pair of Thom Mcan shoes from Kmart that literally fell apart within a month or so. I took them back and exchanged them for a pair of Coleman shoes, which likewise fell apart in short order. I took the Coleman shoes back and exchanged them for yet another brand--which *also* began to fall apart in less than two months. I went through three different pairs of shoes (all different brands, all from Kmart), and finally threw up my hands and asked for a refund.
Kmart clearly does not care about the astoundingly poor quality of their Chinese-manufactured shoes. Whether it's Coleman or Thom Mcan, regardless of brand, they are all literally garbage. I will never, ever buy another pair of Thom Mcan or Coleman shoes, or *any* brand of shoe from Kmart. They are garbage, made from recycled garbage.
