Someone esle used my card

In June 695.20 was charged on debit card number. Dish said I gave someone persismen  to use that account. It was a lie . In Sept it was use again 5 times. 2 of the amounts were put back what a joke. Cancelled  dish right away .there new it was fraut. I am so sorry that is the wait the company works there don't buy back. If there were more likely to help the would get there consumers. I was there 9years and more never again.
