Removal of funds from debit card when I ordered NOTHING!

A few weeks ago, I received a free 14 day supply of the sleep aid Somnapure from Peak Life. When the sample arrived, I made no further contact with this company. On the morning of April 6th, I just happened to check the balance of my debit card and it was then I discovered that $39.00 was taken from my card. After calling a service rep for my card, they informed me that it was Peak Life who withdrew the funds. My debit card company told me they would halt the payment that I DID NOT authorize! Since the free sample, I have NOT ordered ANYTHING from Peak Life. What little bit of money I have on my card is the only money I have left to my name. I am unemployed at this time and I have no unemployment benefits coming in. What Peak Life did is tantamount to theft. I have sent an e-mail directly to Peak Life and I hope they resolve this issue quickly.
