They have a history of complaints of deceptive telemarketing and fraud.
They also appear to be deliberately using a name very similar to a major U.S. bank, J.P. Morgan Chase, as part of their fraudulent scheme. It does not appear they have ANY relationship with the bank.
Whenever you find fraudulent charges, immediately contact your bank to dispute them, and close the account or block the card number to prevent additinal fraud. Your bank can reverse the charges if you dispute promptly.
You might also contact J.P. Morgan Chase's legal department, to let them know a scam outfit is infringing on their trademark.
