Unathorized charge to myself

On 8/13/12 I have been charged in my Visa credit card $68.06. I am here in North Carolina and I have not authorized anyone to make such charges. Would you explain? Otherwise, I will have to go to my bank and try to get an explanation for such charge. Please erase my name of your company please.
