Uncultured behavior from Eureka Forbes

Eureka forbes gave me the below unprofessional service in Gurgaon but their Customer Service Head or CRM Head didnt take any action against their staff
1. Eureka Forbes people called me a beggar
2. Eureka Forbes people called me a 'Gira Huan Insaan'
3. Eureka Forbes threatened to stop my service despite I having a valid AMC till Sep 2016)
4. Eureka Forbes threatened to call the POLICE to my house
5. Eureka Forbes asked me to come to their office to collect the payment, do not know when they have changed their direct to home process or policy.
