had a flight from kuwait to doha w/ flight no. QR 137; doha-hongkong QR 812. The flight from kuwait to doha was delayed causing a delay on connecting flight as well. My baggage was tagged to be delivered to cebu, philippines. When i was in philippines, my first baggage was delayed and the second luggage with tag # QR 470489. Four days after still no reply from ground staff and no baggage yet.

    I had the same unexplained experience from Dubai to Kula Lumpur via Doha; my bags were lost & there is nobody that cares from the airline they were even not in the airport when we arrived leaving everything to Malaysian airline stuff. Very unresponsible behavior. it is almost 30 hours after & the problem is not fully solved although aknowledging this on arrival & that both sectors were delayed

    I am in Pakistan for short period and will be returning to Canada on 28th November 2012. From Houston to Karachi, I travelled through Qatar Airways. Upon arrival in Karachi on 23rd October 2012 I was told by Qatar Airways Karachi Airport staff that one of my baggages QR735721 was missing. I lodged a complaint on Airport at 6:00 AM on 23rd October with them and after got reference no KHR-QR-18628.

    Since then I have been constantly following up with them but did not receive any concrete response, however, they are kept saying that they are still trying to locate my above mentioned baggage with their Qatar Airways Doha and Houston Office since according to them my baggage was missing in either of any above mentioned locations.

    However, their slack attitude frustrated me I, therefore, called Qatar Airways Doha Office and spoke to  Baggage Services, Doha Office staff Ms Darshani.

    After having discussion with her I am very upset when she told me that according to Qatar Airways baggage handling system's report that my above mentioned baggage was scanned and loaded for Karachi via QR0318, however, your Karachi staff still denying to it and keep saying that they are trying to locate my said baggage with Houston and Doha Qatar Airways Offices.

    Keeping the above in view, I feel sorry to say that these are entirely contradictory information that I have been receiving from your respective offices from Doha and Karachi. I wonder whom I should rely.

    Very unresponsible behavior of Qatar Airways staff from Houston to Karachi. it is almost 21 Days after & the problem is not fully solved.

    I traveled with my wife with Qatar Qr721 from Cape Town RSA To Chicago USA on Sonday 1\6\2014 both our baggages are lost due to delays on the Qatar airlines and up to day 3\6\2014(Three days later ) we are stranded with the same clothes with out any to change and including my medication which I must take every night.
    ..PLEASE help us found our baggage (A) QR 188734  (B)  QR188707

    We travelled from Delhi to Doha -- Johannesburg and then to gaborone / Botswana on 28 june 2016. Our baggage has been missing since then and not to be found . our file has been opened at gaborone airport GBEBP 47955 ... What type of 5 star Airlines is this Qatar Airways . Really disgusting . I make hundreds of calls everywhere daily.

    I am a passenger of Qatar Airways and I traveled on 16 August 2016 from Singapore to Paris (with a  transit in Doha).
    I already reported my delayed baggages with the file reference RSYQR27555 to the baggage service at Charles de Gaulle Airport, Paris on 17 August 2017 (in total 2 baggages)
    The baggage claim representative there assured me that my baggages would be on the next flight and would be delivered to the hotel I stayed in Paris, but i did not receive my baggages until I left Paris on 21 August 2016 and had a flight to Barcelona.
    In Barcelona I also asked to the baggage service and the representative there told me that my baggages would be delivered to my permanent address in Indonesia because I was no longer stay in Paris.
    But until today, 16 September 2016, I am still not receiving my baggages.
    I ask for your help to give me an update information about my baggages and when my baggages will be delivered to my permanent address in Indonesia. It is already a month since i reported my missing baggages at Paris and although I made several calls, nobody could tell me the status of my baggages.

    regret to inform you that we yet to receive response from your end since 23 Mar 2017.Very poor service so many time complaint but no reply .Thanks.
