Poor customer treatment

I hereby wish to pass my disappointment by one of your female staff members by the name of Nomvula who was on duty on 22nd Octeber 2017 at15h30 , i requested for  change of chilli salt to plain salt but she just made  a morkery of me in full view of other customers when trying to correct her she loughed and turned her back on me as if i was mad...........I was realy disapointed and wish she is well taught on customer service and to respect her work
