Harassment by the ticketcollector on nonpayment of bribe.

Me and my son Abhyudoy sengupta boarded train no.-8451.dt.15.12.2007,PNR.NO.-640-8212593,TRAIN NAME-HATIA PURI TAWASPINI EXPRESS,having the coach seat/berth-RB2 23 & 31,IN AC 3TIER.On boarding the train from Rourkela,the concerned ticket collector Mr.S.K.Mishra informed us that our seats where on RAC basis,whereas from counter no.8 at the Rourkela(Orissa) station a lady on checking the computer said that our seats were confirmed.The seats 32 and the one opposite uppermost berth were however vacant.Since the concerned passanger had not boarded from Hatia even after reservation,after two stopages the reservation stood cancelled.I asked the TT to allot me and my son that seat,but he bluffed me that those passengers might be sitting somwhere else and at about 11p.m at night took a bribe from two other passenger and alloted them the seats.On the one hand I paid for the complete two berth but travelled in convinience for 12hrs,for no fault of mine.Isn't this harassement?This is rampently the practice of most of the TTS boarding trains from Orissa.I want this complaint to reach the G.M.of south eastern Railways and expect stringent action.

we requested the TTE Mr N.K.Pan to allot the seat to us at the earliest but he declined to do so resulting which had to travel for more than 26 hours in one lower side berth till tirupathi when finally we were alotted berth by another tte in the meantime at Cuttak two passenger boarded the train around 2.30 to 3.00pm when we were asleep in one berth they took our luggage out and kept their luggage without our permission we then lodged one complaint with the TTE Mr Pan vide noKGP0130906, we want immediate action by your self as inspite of having berth the tte sold the berth to wait listed passenger at B3 coach inspite of alotting it to the RAC holder and make immediate refund of half the amount of ticket to both the above PNR ticket holder .
