Rude behaviour of Gas Agency/Not delivering cylinder

Hi ,
I have a gas connection cons. no . 34285 under Rashmi Gas Agency, No.2, 2nd Cross, Opp. KR Puram Railway station, B. Narayanapura, (Proprieter Name is Harish). First of all, to book the refilling, I need to go there in the office with the cons-book, because nobody will lift the phone, eventhough so many numbers are provided. After the booking , I will not get the cylider delivered in my place , instead I need to go there in the office to get the billl and I need to visit the godown with the bill to get the cylinder. They never delivered the gas to my place in the last 5 months. This time I booked the gas on 12th Feb 09 and decided to follow-up through phone only. Very often I got customer service executives and they ensured that the gas will be delivered the day I called them. None of the promises came true so far. Today (23 Mar) I got one of the executives in line and when complained about the issue , she spoke me in a vey rude manner saying " Go and complaint , We know how to manage it" .
I heared that there are lot of complaints against this agency and lot of people have made the transfers to the Bannaswady branch. I am wondering , why IOC can not cancel the approaval for this forged and adulterated agency to help the public atleast?

same happened to me also..these agency has 4 or 5 number no one is picking the number..and for delivery it takes about 20 days.if any government agency we can compliant pls update me
thyey are just killing our time in calling several time, no one picking up the phone , every time need to follow them up for refill to get,
i have not seen any fuked agency in my life yet,looking for tranfer to hp agency, but seems not possible.
Even after 45 days after last delivery, my cylinder is yet to come.
This is the torture adda in kr puram, when i call to his manager anis he behaves like he is not known of any issue which is going in his agency he talk very politly.
I KNOW EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING FOR USE, SO REQUEST ALL THE CUSTOMET OF THIS AGENCY TO SWITCH IMMEDIATELY TO OTHER ONE COZ THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE AND PAINFUL IF YOU CONTINUE THE SAME

In the month of June & July lot of dealy suppllied LPG very very late.
No response from your side.
Your some telephones are engaged since one week and others telephone are out of order.
Consider this matter seriously.

I have never seen earlier and I hope i will not see in the future also such a stupidity in the Gas agency which is spoiling Bharat Gas Goodwill.
I have raised a request for name change which was requested last oct and still its not happened . I keep roaming to office everyday .
