Have complaints with Guruaid

I had problems yesterday and called Guruaid and we were chatting and the agent asked for my Mcafee account and so I called mcafee and all of A SUDDEN there was a man telling me that guruaid was taking advantage of me and they  got on the chat line and gave several messages to guruaid like it was me  They also asked for my money back  asap Now I do want to cancel as I just paid for 3 yr. sub scription. I have  had nothing but problems especially in the past few months ---seems like my pc is aways  going into problems
