I was charged $ 19.95 from Essentls For Home for something that I didn't buy.
They had no permission or right to go in my account and take anything out.

This name is used by a company running a number of similar "membership discount" scams.  They typically get consumer account information from other on-line merchants, through poorly disclosed "terms", deceptively claiming consumers have "agreed" to their charges.  Numerous complaints indicate they are a scam.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute all unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and close your account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges in the future.  Follow up with a written dispute sent to your bank at their address for disputes, and make sure your bank receives your written dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

The $24.95 charge was so subtle that I completely missed it.  They charged me eight times for something that I never authorized.  I finally caught it and the bank could only go back 60 days, which is better than nothing.  I also was told to get a new card.
