Terrible product, terrible customer service

I've had THREE $3300 GE profile refrigerators in 7 years. All three were repaired more than twice.
I lost food every time. One time was during a baby shower. Another during a birthday party. No working fridge. I have the most expensive warranty they offer. But to declare it a lemon it has to broke 4 times a year. FOUR. TWO isn't enough?! For my trouble...they offer $150 food loss...but you have to go through a long process to obtain. And $250 per year is the max allowed. A joke when you have your fridge break so often!!! I store frozen organic foods in my freezer. $150 doesn't cut it for my freezer & fridge food loss. Poor, poor service. This time they excitedly offered me a $100 for mini fridge. No freezer. Just a tiny fridge--$100 max to hold me over while my $3300 refrigerator is broke and while we wait 17 days for a repair man! SEVENTEEN days people! But its just a reimbursement so I still have to come out of pocket & wait wait wait on my whopping $100. What a joke.
I asked for a full size rental to tide us over for the long 17 days. They can't authorize that unless the tech gets there and if he doesn't have the part to replace on the spot. So what do we do for the 17 days?! Oh that's right---buy a dorm size mini fridge with no freezer. And wait for my $100 to cover MY out of pocket on that.
Sears---worst company, worst appliances EVER.
They don't care. It's all about money to them.
There are consequences for ripping people off.
