Aggarwal National Packers And Movers — Running fake company in the name of Agarwal packers and mover

I had availed Agarwal packers and movers service earlier and they were very professional and genuine entity, so for my next relocation i was clear I am going to avail their service. While searching for their number in google, i found the 8450014001 as the number listed under Agarwal packers and Movers. So I called the number which belong to Mr.Mukesh Bhan Mahala. I provided the details of the consignment and enquired about the quotation and the person said its 14000/- net inclusive of all taxes. The surprising part was that all the communication exchanges he did with me was over SMS, but as I was in a hurry I never paid hid to doubts that occurred in my mind. On the day of shifting, their persons arrived and packed everything and loaded the goods on to the truck. Post the packing, when they shared the bills I was surprise to find AGGARWAL NATIONAL PACKERS AND MOVERS instead of AGARWAL Packers and Movers. Due to lack of time I went ahead with plans of sending the goods with them. This is the biggest mistake which I did and its big learning experience cause that very decision brought in so much tensions and harassment. The person who came for loading didn't provide any pucca bill and on asking they said i will get the bill over mail. To be on safer side, I thought of insuring the goods with insurance of 1 lakhs, and I was informed 3% of the total insured items. I had a talk with Mr. Mukesh Bhan Mahala then and he confirmed me that the total charges will be 14K +3K (for insurance) = 17K total. But When he send me the bill over mail, i was surprised to find 25025/- as the bill amount with 6K as octroi charges added up in the bill, which was not informed earlier right through the entire process. When I asked him that it was not informed initially and how he could add anything like . Then he started black mailing me, he threatened me to pay the full amount first and get the goods else forget about the goods. He also asked me to pay the entire amount over NEFT first then he will deliver the goods. This is how this fraud entity does his business, he just cheats people trust and harass you and make you shell out more for trusting such entity. I paid heed to his demand and sent him total 25025/- and he agreed to send me all the bills in hardcopy along with the goods. He delivered the goods after 25 days against his initial agreement to deliver the goods in 7 days. For past 45 days I have been asking him for the bills which I could use to claim in my organisation. But he didn't give me any bills, so the entire 25025/- went to his pocket. This is his email address agarwalpackers1977@gmail.com. The octroi and insurance charges everything went into his pocket.

One can see their website is also misleading. I have the softcopy of the bill which he shared me over mail, the company name was mentioned as "AGGARWAL National Packers and Movers" but the website shows a different company name with Mr Mukesh Bhan Mahala mobile number highlighted in bold.

I also found that this entity is running his business from multiple places. So kindly request you to stop such entity from running their business and clean the society.
