They don't generally ship any additional magazines beyond the sample until you pay and subscribe, although they use some collection agency/marketer to try to convert these "free sample" offers into subscriptions, with deceptive "collection" letters.
Notify the publisher in writing, mailed certified, that you have not subscribed to this magazine. They generally go away.
