I received a cell phone call while I was at work. I was speaking with my boss at the time. I answered the phone, thinking it must be an emergency, only to find myself on hold with music playing. By the middle of the second song, I realized that I had probably been power-dialed and I was on hold. My boss was EXTREMELY UNIMPRESSED.
I am on Pay-as-you-go and do not want to have my minutes STOLEN by some crank caller. I have myself and my cell phone listed as DO NOT CALL for telemarketing. My phone is for EMERGENCIES ONLY. I do not want to be telemarketed by Rogers or anyone else. I would like to see a class action suit against Rogers, as they continually oversell, underdeliver, and change plans from the original agreement I signed up for - which should have been binding in court. But who can afford to sue Rogers on their own? Count me in! Sarah
