Got charged for PPV shows that weren't ordered

Just like everyone else on this Blog, I never have phone lines connected to any of my Directv receivers simply because the phone jacks are too far from any of the machines. But when I cancel services from Directv after 10 years of active service, they claimed I have $270 worth of PPV shows viewed in the past and recorded into the access card. They went on and debited my credit card registered with them –very frustrating and felt robbed.
Ordering and viewing PPV without phone line connection is impossible because when you attempt to order movie/show, an error message (77X..call customer service…) would appear indicating a phone line needs to be connected in order to get a show.
I am posting this as a fraudulent practice from Directv and wanted to petition a “Class Action” suit against them. If you are interested at taking part of this endeavor and seek a refund from Directv for the fraudulent PPV charges, please send me an email : dbl_pumper@yahoo.com.
I will gather all the respondents and filed the suit as soon as I get 35 responses or more. In the mean time, I will contact Better Business Bureau for immediate remediation.
