Fraudulent Charges

On august 2, 2020 i was charged $12.95. I don't know how or why. I did not authorize this transaction.  I called the number that was on your web site and got no answer the first time i called and the second was asked to be placed on hold, i was and sat for 10-12;mins yhen the line was hing up. The card used is a work card and i would appreciate your support and attention on this matter. I will provide the rest of the necessary information upon contating me.
