Reimbursement

When I was sold this warranty, I was told that I had a $100 deductible and if something went wrong with my car everything would be covered. I blew a head gasket and you guys only covered a little bit of it and left me with $2400 bill. I feel like I’ve been lied to. I’d like to resolve this respectfully.
