They call my cell and my home phone 5 to 6 times per week trying to get me to lower my interest rates. I have talked to one of there reps, I told them to stop calling. Rep said "to bad, we are going to anyway".

    They aren't going to "lower your interest rates".
    They just want to charge one of your credit cards.

    File Do Not Call complaints with FTC.

    Include in your complaint that they are harassing you at both your cell phone and home phone numbers, and that on requesting that they cease, they threatened to keep doing it.
