Over billing and plan change scam.

i had rogers contract and when day came to get it renewed they offered me unlimited local calling plan on a gud price..all was gud. when plan started i had no caller id. Called them nd told me its part of plan cancelled plan and told em to revert back to my original plan ..guess what ..nomore available.Told em i will cancel services offered me to match that plan for same price and everything al was setteled . This time asked her if there are any surprises ...said no its all clean. when bill came was charged for incoming calls i had unlimited uncoming on previous plans. tried to call and correct now they telling me i accepted that plan.UNBELIVEABLE. They r just group of scamsters they understand everything but can't do anything.
Now i m trying to escalate my complaint lets c what they do. Anyone have better idea to deal with them?
