Receipt of Book

I believe I did not order any book, received a hard bound box, which I marked "RETURN TO SENDER" about 3 weeks ago, no phone # to call to check on status of my return, received a bill today, 7/2/16 requesting a check for $16.26??? for what? I subscribe to Diabetic Living but did NOT order any books.   Please check your RETURN TO SENDER department and supply a PHONE # so we can communicate????
