Harrasment and continuing calls from Card Member Services

I once took the bait and said I wanted to reduce my interest rate. I was passed on to the "closer". This company that calls itself card member services tried to get me to reveal my credit card number. They call every day or two. This has been going on for many years. I have talked to numerous people there and they claim they are a bank, that they issue credit cards. It is widely know that this company has been making soliciting phising calls for years with impunity. How can our government expect to stop terrorism when they cant even get Rachel from Card Services to stop calling me. It doesnt matter that I'm on the do not call list. It does no good to report it to FTC, they apparently can do nothing.
