I am dissapointed with their customer service

I bought this TV on July 16th, 2006. In the first 10 months it worked OK. Then on May 26th, 2007 suddenly there was no video signal but only audio one. I called the customer service, waited for more than 20 minutes before someone picked up the phone. Then I told her my problem.
The assistant trandferred my call to technical service, I waited for another 20 minutes before someone picked up. I was told that my TV was discontinued and the technical service told me that once I ship the broken one back, they will send me a brand-new one as replacement, which made me feel a little bit happier after 1 hour's waiting.
Then I got the shipping tag on May 30th. Before sending out my broken TV, I called the customer service again to double check with them about the shipping and replacement.
The assistant said I am only going to get a used-one as replacement, which is completely different from what I was told before, and she can not tell how long it will take before they can find a replacement for me, which means I may need to wait for months...Even Worse, I have to carry this 100 lbs broken TV to UPS because Syntax refused to choose UPS pickup as their return shipping method!
