I decided to try Lipoplex by Steel Bridge Medical. They had an online offer to get a 15 day supply of their diet supplement for the cost of shipping, which was $6.95. No where in the ad did it say that I had signed up for continued use of their product. Yesterday I got 2 more bottles in the mail (cost was $99.95).

I called the company and asked what was going on, and the company Rep. said I should have read the contract. Would not take the pills back and refund my money.

I went back to the website where I ordered the pill from and all their site says is "*Not available in stores. Free Trial Offer is valid while supplies last. Please pay $6.95 Shipping & Handling ONLY for a limited time! See Terms & Conditions for Negative Option Clause." There is nothing on the ordering page about me signing up for next shipments.

They make you believe you are only going to be charged the $6.95 then they charge you $99.95 and there is nothing you can do about it.

Indeed, I was able to solve the matter by making a personal appearance at a bank to demand my money back.  All the money were returned to me within five weeks after a lengthy investigation.   A wise idea is to get in quick touch with a bank or credit card company and close your credit card account and open a new account.  And write a letter to BBB in Las Vegas.

I too have been ripped off from Lipoplex in the amount of 99.95 for some revolving program that I was never aware of.  All I ordered was a Free sample which turned in to 6.95!  That was the first lie.  Now I've been trying to dispute it with my Chase credit card company but I'm loosing the battle here.  I want this company to pay for their tactics.  I think I will call the  better business bureua next.
