Multiple calls from Michael Gonzalez

I received multiple calls from this individual and through all the phone numbers after i kept blocking them.  He then called again from a different number and after i yelled at him to take me off his call list, he then told me "phase 2 is starting and that I would regret it."  This is scary.  This person called me repeatedly for almost two hours.  I called back and got his voicemail.  That's how I know his name.  This person needs to be investigated and terminated from his position of being able to call and threaten people.
