I ordered a sample of Instaflex and charged the $4.99 shipping to a credit card.  I just came back from a trip and discovered in my mailbox a shipment of Instaflex and an unauthorized charge of $74.98, which put my charge account into an overage and I will be charged for it.  This is a scam.  This company should not be able to use my credit card number and send a product to me without my authorization.

    Please refund $74.98 to my account immedietly.  I do not want to put your company down, but I only ask for the sample .  How can a company be so untrustworthy? Please do the right thing and get some postive feed back.
    Please $74.98 is alot of money to me on a fixed income.
