free trial offer

Anyone agreeing to a free offer and only paying for shipping will soon realize is that you will be charged almost $100 for something that you did not authorize for purchase.  I received a small trial size sample and within two weeks received another shipment for which I was charged $92.24!  I called them once I received my credit card statement to question this charge and was told there wasn't anything they could do about it because it could only be returned within 14 days.  As well, they said that it was up to me to read what it said online and it was my mistake.  They were not helpful at all in their customer service.  Be careful if you agree to any of these purchases.
