Charged me the past three months on my Dillard's AMX card

I joined meaningful beauty, but cancelled it w/in 30 days.  They have continued to charge my Dillards acct#374354095899588 in the amount of $29.95 in the months of May, June and July.
I cancelled the product prior to this and should not have been charged for theese three months.
Can you help me with this, Please?

    Immediately contact your credit card company to dispute unauthorized charges, and close the account to prevent additional unauthorized charges.  Follow up with a written dispute letter send certified return receipt requested, to the dispute address from your statement, and make sure they receive your dispute in less than 60 days from the statement date on the statement showing the disuted charges to invoke your FCBA dispute rights.


    Other complaints fit a common pattern of many "health product" scams.  Offer a "free trial" for just "shipping and handling" as an excuse to get your account information, then keep piling on charges and ignoring your attempts to cancel their autoshipments (if they even ship), until the victim figures out how to block the charges by disputing through your bank and closing the account.

    Many internet or infomercial advertised quasi-health product scams operate this way.  Several massive ones have been shut down by FTC or different state AGs, but they keep popping up.  There is no shortage of victims who get suckered in.

    She ordered meaningful beauty on her debit card, when she cancelled that, they found (?) our Visa creditcard number and I paid it thinking she wanted the useless product, she was sending back unopened. Now were in dispute resolution with Visa...Never to get any justice...F & F

    This very same thing has happened to me but i closed that account to stop the transactons now they have sent me to collection i was wondering what steps you took to clear this up with them, it actually seems like a scam to continue to charge your account.

    Meaningful Beauty is a scam,  they get you to buy the product then continue to charge your account even after calling to advise them you dont want the product anymore.  I am current seeking legal services to see how I can hold them accountable for their actions

      The same thing happened to me. I cancelled and they sent my account to collection as well.

    SCAM.... meaniful beauty is a useless product! It does nothing that it states, and they try and charge you all these hidden fees. The company should be desolved, due to the false advertisment.

      Agree, they charged me 39.95 now on my credit card when 5hey told me something totally different, plus the peolple who speaks in customer service have a terrible accent you cannot understand what are they saying. I'm very unsatisfied.

    SCAM is right! I just called to be sure I won't be charged again, we will see! If I do get charged again, I will be changing my credit card number. I feel bad for the people who are now in collections because this company can't get their customer service act together. One thing, I did speak with Meaningful Beauty Consumer Affairs # 1-800-985-7913 and they said you have to speak with them in order to cancel and you must answer a few questions and give them the lot # off your products. If you didn't do this, be sure to call back and do this. Hope this helps! I did this a few weeks ago and never received my money back, got the same dude on the phone today and I swear he was full of crap. Telling me he was refunding my money again, like the last time! I will be surprised if I get any money back and stop charging me! What a terrible experience!

      If you were ordering with the computer have you seen where it says 1 system probably you pick three system that's why everyone gets charged more than once.
